eCornell

As Graphic Design Coordinator for eCornell (Cornell University's professional education unit), I lead creative output across the department via:

  • Academic documents, interactive graphics, facilitator presentations, and course materials spanning dozens of subject areas and file formats

  • Accessibility-driven design that meets WCAG (AA+) and PDF/UA compliance, with UDL and UX strategy applied for maximum learning impact

  • Management of a team responsible for producing both internal- and external-facing creative visual projects, including establishing a new brand guide and marketing standards

branding

Built in collaboration with executive enrollment directors to reshape client outreach material suited to engage a sophisticated, corporate-professional audience base.

  • In-person collateral > event signage, brochures, postcards, information flyers

  • Online presence > pitch presentations, social media campaigns, email media

The new brand standards my team and I established translate directly into stronger audience engagement, providing measurable increases in ad click-throughs by 32% and driving traffic across all channels by 38%. The updated look also gives eCornell a clear, consistent value proposition that sets it apart from Cornell University's broader identity and makes its offerings distinctive to prospective learners.

LMS Content & Visual Design

This aspect of my role focuses on the visual aspects that bring professional online programs to life. I create interactive worksheets, dynamic illustrations, charts of data, and detailed graphics to catch a learner's attention and make dense material easier to absorb.

Developed by working together with Cornell faculty and Instructional Designers to ensure each piece serves the learning objective rather than simply embellishing the page.

  • From drafted concepts to rendered forms > Translating subject-matter expertise into bold, engaging visuals that help improve user comprehension

  • Prioritizing online accessibility > Building every creative asset with ease of access in mind, so all students are able to master their course material with no barriers
