what the heck is the herc?
HERC stands for the Health and Education Resource Center at Eastern Illinois University, where I served as Health Communication & Marketing Coordinator. There, my role was to increase awareness of campus wellness resources by designing visible and engaging brochures, print materials, content development strategies, and web/social graphics that promoted the HERC's services to the student body at large. I also built and ran outreach campaigns around campus health initiatives and managed a team of marketing interns, my first taste of leading a creative team toward a shared goal.
